That question couldn’t possibly be answered with an unequivocal yes or no. The reason for that is simple, certain people or families need certain types of dogs that fit their lifestyle. Therefor that question comes with hundreds′s of other questions, different for each individual. Are Puggles good with children, do Puggels need a lot of room, how big do Puggles get, and so on.
Obviously, I couldn’t possibly answer all of those question, however, I do have four Puggles of my own, so I can at least give my honest opinion of Puggle positives, and Puggle negatives.
First, the positives, in my opinion, they are the cutest dogs on the planet and they can be both playful, and affectionate in the perfect quantities. They love to cuddle, and are great at making you feel loved. They have a very tolerant temperament which makes them great with children of any age. They grow to a very moderate size, (at the most 40lbs) and actually are available in a smaller version known as a “Pocket Puggle”, these smaller Puggles tend to top out at about 20lbs.
Of course, as with anything, if there are positives there are negatives. Puggles are very needy little dogs. They need a whole lot of attention and their fair share of exercise.
